BoostPro IA uses artificial intelligence responsibly, in compliance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation 2024/1689). This page informs you about our AI systems, their classification, and your rights.

Risk Classification

Limited Risk

BoostPro IA is classified as LIMITED RISK under the AI Act. Our AI systems generate informational analyses (market study, business plan, tax optimization, media plan, legal status drafting). They do not make autonomous decisions affecting user rights. Transparency obligations apply, but no conformity assessment is required.

AI Systems Used

Claude (Anthropic)

Language model used to generate market analyses, business plans, tax optimizations, media plans, and legal status drafts.

Nora & Liam — AI Agents

Conversational assistants guiding users through analysis questionnaires. Nora takes a structured approach, Liam a creative one.

AI Moderation (Booster)

Automated moderation system for the Booster community, compliant with the DSA (Digital Services Act).

AI Translation (Haiku)

Claude Haiku model used for automatic content translation into the 24 official EU languages.

Human Oversight

All analyses generated by our AI systems are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional (lawyer, accountant, financial advisor) before making any decisions based on our reports.

Data Processing

✓User data is processed in compliance with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).
✓No user data is used to train our AI models.
✓Data is hosted within the European Union.
✓Data deletion available on request via your personal space or by email.
