DSA Transparency Report

This report is published in compliance with Article 15 of the European Digital Services Act (DSA). It describes the automated moderation and algorithmic detection measures implemented on the BoostPro IA platform.

Automated Moderation

Content moderation within the Booster module is handled by NORA, an AI agent dedicated to compliance and network safety.

What NORA detects:

Contact details (emails, phone numbers, external links)
Rule circumvention attempts (obfuscation, encoding, homoglyphs)
Unwanted content (spam, unsolicited advertising)
Aggressive, abusive or discriminatory language
External links and off-platform redirection attempts

How decisions are made:

NORA uses a combination of regex patterns and weighted composite scoring to evaluate each message. Each detection category (contact details, circumvention, spam, aggression) generates an individual score, aggregated into an overall risk score.

Actions taken:

1Non-compliant content is sanitized (detected elements removed) or blocked if the score exceeds the critical threshold.
2The user is notified with an explanation of the moderation reason.
3A progressive warning system is applied (4 levels: educational, formal warning, final warning, permanent exclusion).

Opportunity Detection

The Booster module also includes LIAM, an AI agent dedicated to detecting business opportunities between network members.

What LIAM analyzes:

Activity type matching between potential partners
Sector and geographic analysis
Offer/need complementarity between members

Opt-in : Opportunity detection is an explicitly opt-in service. No user is subject to this processing without prior consent. There is no obligation to act on detected opportunities.

User Rights

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

Right to contest an automated decision

You may contest any automated moderation decision within 6 months of notification. The contest will be reviewed by a human operator.

Right to data portability (GDPR Art. 20)

You may request the export of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17)

You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Reporting content

In accordance with Article 16 of the DSA, any user may report content they consider illegal or contrary to our terms. Reporting is available directly from every message in project workspaces.

What happens next:

1.The report is recorded and time-stamped, along with its reason and its author.
2.It is reviewed by a human operator — NORA’s automated moderation never decides a report on its own.
3.A reasoned decision is sent to the reporter, and to the content author where the content is removed.
4.Removed content is retained, so that the decision can be contested and reviewed again.

Scope

Project workspaces are PRIVATE threads: one project, its owner, and only the professionals they have accepted. They are neither public, nor indexed, nor visible to other users. The owner may remove a participant at any time, without giving a reason.

Statistics

Moderation statistics will be published semi-annually in accordance with DSA Article 15. The first statistical report will be available at the end of the Booster module’s first semester of activity.
