The main families of creation grants
Creation-support schemes group into a few families, present in various forms across most member states:
- Contribution exemptions and reductions at the start of activity (like France's ACRE, with national equivalents).
- Honour loans and reduced-rate loans to strengthen personal funds.
- Subsidies and grants, often regional or sectoral.
- Public guarantees that ease access to bank credit.
- Targeted schemes (young people, women, jobseekers, green transition, digital).
Many grants can be combined, but under conditions: the simulator helps you see clearly.
