What a good market study should contain
A useful market study answers concrete questions. It is organised around a few essential blocks:
- Demand: who your potential customers are, how many, and their purchasing power.
- Competition: who already occupies the field, at what price, with what value proposition.
- Environment: trends, regulation, barriers to entry specific to your sector and country.
- Your positioning: what sets you apart and justifies customers choosing you.
Each block must lead to an actionable conclusion, not just to data.
